Introduction
〈種子生活節〉為分享在地飲食文化、台灣豆及雜糧的活動。豆類與雜糧因為營養價值高，碳足跡低，逐漸成爲全球關注的未來糧食。台灣原住民族群世世代代耕種紅藜、小米、樹豆、飯豆、豇豆、花豆、紅豆等多樣雜糧，不僅形塑了島嶼的生物多樣性，更孕育出與土地共生的飲食文化與祭儀智慧。

"Seed Festival" is an event that shares local food culture, Taiwanese beans, and grains. Due to their high nutritional value and low carbon footprint, beans and grains have gradually become "future foods" of global concern. For generations, Taiwan’s indigenous peoples have cultivated a variety of grains such as red quinoa, millet, pigeon peas, rice beans, cowpeas, pinto beans, and red beans. This not only shapes the island's biodiversity but also nurtures a dietary culture and ritual wisdom that coexist with the land.

Project Reflection
透過這次的專案也認識了很多台灣原生的豆類及雜糧，同時具有高營養價值，是一次很珍貴的經驗。這些作物從久遠的原住民傳說裡就可以看見不少蹤跡，如「藜麥」、「樹豆」等。
Through this project, I have also come to know many of Taiwan's native beans and grains. They possess high nutritional value, making this a very precious experience. These crops can be traced back to many ancient indigenous legends, such as "Quinoa" and "Pigeon Peas."
